Your Valid US Passport
You must send your valid and signed passport with at least 6 months remaining validity from your planned date of entry and at least one blank visa page.

Two Completed Visa Application Forms (A2)
Two typed visa application forms (A2) must be completed fully and signed.

Two Passport Photographs
You must provide two passport photographs that meet the Passport Photo Regulations.

Copy of Your Travel Itinerary
You must provide a copy of your round trip plane ticket, or a travel itinerary generated by a travel agency showing your name and date of travel into and out of Angola.

Company Letter

A typewritten letter with your company letterhead, signed by a company officer other than the visa applicant, and addressed to:
Embassy of The Republic of Angola, Visa Section, Washington DC

The letter should contain the following:

  • Nature of business to be conducted
  • Name and address business contact in Angola
  • Guarantee of financial responsibility and of return transportation for the visa applicant
