Your Valid US Passport
You must send your valid and signed passport with at least 6 months remaining validity from your planned date of entry and at least one blank visa page.

Two Completed Visa Application Forms (A2)
Two typed visa application forms (A2) must be completed fully and signed.

Two Passport Photographs
You must provide two passport photographs that meet the Passport Photo Regulations.

Copy of Your Itinerary
You must provide a copy of your round trip plane ticket, or a travel itinerary generated by a travel agency showing your name and date of travel into and out of Angola.

Letter of Invitation (Required for all applications)
You must provide an invitation from your host in Angola. The letter should be notarized at the City Hall in the city of the host's residence. 

Proof of Sufficient Funds
Your must provide either a letter of guarantee from your employer or a recent bank statment that shows you have at least $100 per day to spend in Angola during your stay.
